Eulene mesmerises with new track 'Megalomaniac'
Eulene has just dropped the video for her new track 'Megalomaniac' - an interesting commentary on the thirst for power, wealth and fame. Released via GoGoLove Records, 'Megalomaniac' follows on from her previous track 'Momma'.
Clubby and adventurous, 'Megalomaniac' is bold and menacing, with Eulene flexing her vocal muscles throughout - exhibiting a range of vocal stylings and phrasing that, alongside the rhythms of the track, perfectly captures the songs thematic bend.
The video sees Eulene smeared in glitter and gold of every kind, posing amongst wads of cash. "Megalomaniac is about excess. The excess of wealth and power...the excess of a dose that poisons." she says. Cleverly styled, the track begs the listener to consider the concept of excess, and how each of us are guilty of our own "megalomania" - even if it is only in small ways.
